What is your favorite position when you sleep?

i sleep on my left most of the time but i don't really see myself as a pessimist :) actually, i'm a very positive person :) there are days though that i like sleeping on my back or face down :) what about you?

I sleep on my left side facing right. I had to think about that for a while to figure out the directions! I also sleep clutching a big pillow with me arms and legs. My husband doesn't like when I hold him while he's sleeping cause it wakes him up

That's so funny because that theory is completely the opposite of my husband and me. I sleep on my left but I'm an optimist and my husband sleeps on his right but he's a pesimist. What your theory doesn't take into account is arthritis. We may sleep in different positions if we weren't achy...especially in my husband's case which is pretty advanced.

I do not have a favourite sleep position. It depends on the situation and condition. I usually sleep when I am really tired, so I just drop off wherever I may be. The sleep position adopted depends on the surroundings. Analysing a person's personality from the sleep position adopted has been going on for a long time. It is part of body language. i sleep facing left but i don't think it has something to do with ones personality. like in my case i sleep facing left because i'm left handed i think that's really the reason why.

I don't really believe in this because I'm not a pessimist and I usually sleep on my left side. I'm a just a realist :)

That is a very interesting concept. I'v never heard of that before. I sleep on both my right side and my left side...so I guess that means I flucuate between being and optimist and pesimist. That's pretty close to accurate as well. Intriguing. Where did you get this information? Thanks.
