eating healthy, low fat meats (grilled, steamed,) lots of veggies,plenty of water
no sodas, sweets, or junk food at all.
start working out at least 10 min
keep record of workouts, and food you eat

Eat healthier - less fat, less calories, less sugars, less carbs. Exercize more - cardio is goood! Watch your portion sizes too

Actually eating more meals throughout the day helps, like having a healthy snack in between meals helps keep you metobolism going, and not snacking after dinner, also drinking tons of water flushes your body of toxins and makes you feel better. Also working out helps, doing mostly cardio works the best for losing weight. Gets lots of sleep, you burn 1 fat calorie every minute your asleep. Plus you can't eat when your asleep either.
