me, i think is also food. whenever i eat i easily go to sleep and dont feel like doing much things i used to before eating. i am a bit weak so yea, but im trying to change.

I would have to say my weakness would be exercise. I don't get enough during the day because I have a desk job and then when get off I have many other things to do...fix supper,start laundry,help kids with homework. My other weakness is snacking during the day.
