hello everyone! i do jogging but not everyday because im very busy. but still i must give time for jogging because its very important to our health. it can give the proper circulations of our blood, gives you a high resistance especially when your an athlete and most of all makes you energetic and active everyday.

I hate jogging, but i will chase a ball, any ball till I drop. My wife says that sounds like a dog. Oh, no women were right, men are dogs. But serriouslly, I do hate to jog. About a year ago I started jogging and worked up to being able to do 5 miles in an hour. At about the year mark all those things I have done to my knees and feet got payback. So now I have to use a bike, walking on a tred mill for a limited time or use machines that are low impact, even at that after about 30 min of having weight on my feet, the balls of my feet go numb, and a calus on the side of my foot starts throbing.
Exercise is good for you, but when you get old after years of abuse and mistreatment it catches up to you. I feel that any form of movement over a time is good for you, too much or too hard can have side effects. Take care and have fun.

Jogging is extremely good for your body. It not only keeps you in good physical condition but studies show that it releases a substance in your brain that keeps you in a good mood as well. DH and I have been jogging for over 20 years and we're addicted. We usually run for at least an hour a day and we run about 5 miles in the hour. Every other weekend, we go to the beach and do an extensive run of 10-12 miles.
