Hello guys.
As you can see, Ciao has delayed payments. Not yet delayed, since they tend to reset server time at around 3:00pm here Philippine ST so it's still about 4 hours from the time this discussion was posted. After that, it's a delay. Or is it not? Their TOS says it should be on the 2nd week, and old members always gets paid on or before the 15th(I got paid 13th last month)...
So what do you think? Is Ciao having late payments? What's your reaction about this? Have a nice day.

It doesn't have any problem with paying. They are a legitimate site and they get their earnings from consumers....Which I think is not that much in Ciao US. All the people there are usually money makers and not consumers, which is why I think they removed the $1 per review incentive. But I have been paid, and all people who are members since January are paid, it's just now. Look at my payment proof in my profile...Grrr...this sucks, I'm expecting this money to come yesterday but it's still not out yet.

Actually, I felt like they reverted back to the way it should be. Ciao UK has that rate ever since(1-3 cents per read), and Ciao US made the $1 per review to encourage members, but I think they felt burdened more because money makers flocked late into the site and wrote reviews for the money. Furthermore, I think only a few members really use the site for buying online, so they are not really earning that much that way. Ciao UK has been successful, and the only reason the international community stay away from the site is that you are not paid via paypal, but only if you have a UK bank account.
No need to doubt.

Hi there! Ciao already changed their policy about earnings from review. They do not give 25 cents incentive for each review but rather, they set up a premium fund which they will use to pay excellent reviews. Your reviews will have to be rated and receive comments in order for you to earn.

You're from the Philippines too, right? What I'm worried about is that the special holiday is from 24-31, so if the payment was delayed until tomorrow, the money might not reach Unionbank in time because it takes 5-7 days for the withdrawal to be processed. But then the last three times I've withdrawn money it took just 4-5 days, so if the payment goes in tomorrow, I'll be risking not getting it into my account by then.
I'm really hoping that the delay will not be that much. If it comes three o'clock today, I'll be as happy as a dog with a big chunk of meat.

They will, I just wonder why it is taking so long when my payment for last month was bigger and it arrived in an earlier time.

I just joined ciao late last November and I was lucky to reach the minimum payout. I have heard that Ciao really pays. Many people received so much amount from it when the incentive per review was still $1. Well, I hope that they will still pay since they have many revisions on their incentive policy.

Hi ishralene09,
I thought after a good night rest, I would be seeing the make extra money section be filled with joyful discussions about their payments from Ciao. It seems that the money is not in yet. I am glad that I was not into the worried state yet. Maybe I'll see the email coming in later in the afternoon. Cheers and Happy MyLotting...
