Just received an email from PayPal advising of a payment from Ciao
16 Dec. 2008 Payment From Ciao GmbH Completed ... $22.03 USD $0.00 USD $22.03 USD 
After all the discussions this past week, have to say calm down people, Ciao still pays..
Have you got your payment yet? Had you given up hope?Think you'll get paid then?
Now, I have checked before posting this discussion that there's no similar ones, I bet there'll be several later today

Yes, I was pretty calm and you can see that on many of my responses on these discussions when I was assuring people to wait and be optimistic
$20 is £10 here so not much and I am not as active as I could really be on the site... Nonetheless, good everyone's been paid.. and Congs

Good you have informed as most of the members got worried since their payment got late. Hope now everyone has rebuild their confidence. Ciao is quite a reputed site, but lately some glitches have started occurring. Hope they'll be resolved soon and the site'll be back with same incentives.

Think some are still quitting though with the new incentive system introduced
I do not think the previous incentives will return, Ciao UK has the similar incentive they have on .com now and has had it for ages so I think it will stay, the bonus was to get in as many reviews as possible for the start.
Still hanging in there whenever I write on other sites anyway...

Just received my payment too. I didn't get worried when Ciao hasn't paid me me in December 15 but the posts of other mylotters got me to think if I would be paid. If didn't paid me exactly December 15 I would wait a couple of days at least this whole week and if not then that the time I would get worried of not being paid. Thank god that ciao paid me today so I don't have to wait anymore and its just very nice since Christmas is coming I need to shop. CHEERS!!

Congs I'd have waited till end of the week too but then I was not really hanging on as I have not been as active as I could be there..
Good it's still a paying site and will probably be for a while, know Ciao UK has been about for many years..

Yeah, i just received an email from them around evening time to say that i have received my payment of $30.98 from them.. lol =D They are late this month.. ANd i was so scared that they might not pay after they had done so much to their site.. hehe ^_^ I'm glad that they paid me in the end, as this will be my last highest payment from ciao ever.. lol =D
Because i know i will never be able to hit such a high again, when we are paid based on just ratings.. lol =D Also, congrats to everybody whom had been paid by ciao, including u, Marina321 ^_^

yes you are rit CIAO paid us, not on time but also not too late, or else we would have added them to SCam list.
anyways CIAO is a legit site and it really pays.
But now the question is
how are we gonna earn money in CIAO as the incentive system is down and we only get money by people reading our reviews and by premium fund.
so any1 got any idea of earning good money in CIAO

im so glad they are still paying. i was afraid after everyone was saying that they had quit paying. it would be so sad not to have ciao paying..even though they keep changing their payment ways lol congrats on your payment

Indeed, this is a very good news. I was planning to join the other day but i was just hesitant after knowing that it might be closing or it might be scammed. I would love to joined this for extra income but what i'm afraid of if this worth the time and effort since most people said that Ciao low their payments. Well i hope it will be back to what it was before so ciao members and new ones will be motivated. Anyways, it was a nice information. Thanks and happy mylotting!

I think it was pretty good before with pay per review but unless one enjoys writing reviews, they may not enjoy it much now I'll still write there when I can write on other sites..

Good news to hear, congrats! In fairness to CIAO, I may tell you that I don't think so CIAO would sacrifice the companys' prestige and integrity just for a small penny. CIAO is a very legitimate company with several branches that operates around the globe which is owned by MICROSOFT. Keep it up!
