Unable To Sign In To eHow...Any Suggestions???

I have been unable to sign in to my eHow account for a few weeks now...I heard they did some type of update and others have had the same problem. Has anyone figured out what needs to be done to get back in their account? I've already cleared cookies/temp folder/etc. and even tried switching to firefox and still...nothing....??? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I am having th esame problem and have written them several times with no answer. I am getting emails showing that many are still able to log in and post. I think they are having technical problems and I dont know what you can do. I dont see any call in number that you could use.

I've tried emailing as well....with no response. If it an issue with the site, I wish they would post something telling us what we need to do.

Are you all still unable to sign-in to ehow? I've not been to since Nov.24th. I've tried everything. I have been able to get in from a couple of other computers. I'm running Windows 2000 professional NT, on a dial-up from Socket, run mostly Firefox and IE7. Since I can't sign-in I can't contact anyone, only by the " contact us" at the very bottom of the page.

I know this discuss was started over 6 months ago but I have this problem once in awhile as well. I am not sure what the issue is but my guess is they are updating the site. It has not happened to me in awhile but If it does I just work on my other sites. Take care friend and happy mylotting to you as well.
