Should I lower my payout amount?

It all depends on when your looking to get paid. If your looking to get paid every month then the 50$ is a tad high of an expectation for yourself and for the site. For myself I have set my pay out at 100$ I am not looking to get paid every month so that amount is great for me. I'd rather get paid a huge lump sum then these small amounts every month. Plus I think of it as money I can't touch ;)

since you do not have referrals it may take an eternity to reach 50$ payout. One of the secrets to achieve any goal is to set small goals & reward oneself when the goal is achieved. The sense of satisfaction to reach the first payout is good enough to begin with. If i was in your shoes i would have opted for lower 10$ payout & used the money judisiously & made it grow. eg: i can use the 10$ for an upgraded membership of clixsense and as a result of that make additional 20 $ through the sdditional referral commisions within one month. Or used the payment proof to convince my friends that mylot is a good place to earn & have fun too.

hello CRSunrise, If you believe that you can really reach $2 a day, you don't need to lower your payout amount. From there, you're force to reach and really work hard for it. If you did not set a goal, most probably you will end up in working just the average. Since you are still new here you can tell by the end of the month or before reaching the payout date on what you will do about it.

I think this payout is very high. If I were you, it's better to lower it. I set the minimum payout, that means to say it's USD10. Getting money in your hand is real. I think it's better than keeping it in someone's account. I love China

hi CRSunrise well setting the payout is really up to you, if its OK for you to receive a smaller amount then set it to $10 or if you are waiting to cashout a bigger amount then set it at a higher rate whichever you feel like but earning $50 on mylot without referrals is really hard i have not yet reached the payout, so myself i have set the payout at $10 so that it will encourage me to be more active and also get some referrals by providing the payment proof

I think you should set it lower since nothing different between $50 and $10, I mean in term of charges? (Correct me if I'm wrong) I just set it as low as possible so that I can keep receiving payment. $2 a day is something like 200posts in a day? It's kinda hard for me to do that unless I have referral too, still trying to get referral now. =)

it is entirely up to you... for me, i would rather to see the money sitting in my paypal account rather than here in mylot so that i can transferred it anytime i want into my bank account... but if you prefer to receive a lump sum money, then you can leave it at $50... $2 per day is achievable as long as you are willing to spend enough time and effort here... take care and have a nice day...

yeah ..it depends on your needs or your thinking ..if you think less than 50$ at a time is non of my use than its alright....or you need every day small share than u should lower down ur payout

It depends if you can reach your target of $50 every month but if you want to get paid everymonth and cant reach that $50 target then i suggest try lowering your payout to $10 which is the minimum payout of Mylot. besides $10 is a lot easier to reach than the $50 mark.

I thin if you have long time commitements over here then you should set it for $50 dollars and if you have short time commitments then i suppose you should really cut it short for $10 and earn some quick bucks and then again you can go and get it again and i think that anyway you are going to get the money for the number of powsts only and it odesnt really matter if you keep $50 or $10..Happy mylotting.....

Hello, CRSunrise. It is really possible to earn $2 without having any referrals. But you will need a lot of time to dedicate in here. You will have to keep posting for hours to make $2 a day. In fact, you would need a dollar and sixty cents a day. So, if you could make two dollars a day for some days you would be able to reduce your activity by the end of the month. And the referrals wouldn't help much, as long as they are very active. You'd only earn 25% of their earnings... Which means that, if your referral makes $10, you'd only receive $2.5. You'd either need a lot of referrals or then you should get a few that are pretty active. I believe you should lower your payout if you want to get it every month. You can set it to $10 and, if you manage to make more money on the money, you will end up getting it. Just set it to ten but aim for $50. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

I just peg my payout at $10 which is the minimum amount needed to be earned before mylot pays anyway. cheers!!

Hi friend,I thought initially to set my payout to $50 but as the earnings here are very low I thought it is very difficult to reach $50 without referrals.So I set it to $10.Even $10 I take 2 months to reach because am very lazy now a days to sit and type.My highest earning perday here was only 77cents.I can reach but it is impossible to do it the same way everyday when we have other chores to attend also.We earn here only to have fun and interact with friends.So I dont mind even if the earnings are very slow here. thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

truthfully what I think is yes because I only made $0.03 since I been here so I don't see it too possible unless your stuff is greatly viewed and responded too

When I first joined, I set mine at the minimum of $10 because I did not know enough about the site and its lasting power to set it higher. My reasoning was that if I set it high and the site disappeared, I wouldn't get anyting. Now mylot has proven that it probably will stick around for a while, although one can never be absolutely sure about any earning site, but I still have my payout at $10. Without many refferals I don't see how anyone can earn even $10 a month much less $50. A good day for me alone is $0.10.

It depends. Do you want your payout to be quicker or do you want a larger amount to be paid out to you? As you know, you did the math, if you want to get paid every month, you need to have $2 a day, it is possible, but you would need to spend at least 8 hours here, and responding to maybe 1000 discussions that would earn you 2 cents per response/discussion. Then, you will get $2 a day. You can reach payout without referrals. I do not have any referrals either, but I don't have a $50 payout, it's $25.. I like to slowly set my goals. If I withdraw $10 first, then I will slowly increase the payout and see how long it would take for me to make the next payout. I would then know how it feels after such a long while, to get the money I earned.. and I would probably also use the money more wisely. Sure $25 is not much.. But it is still money that I earned.. :) It is easier when you get referrals, but you need to make sure that your referrals are active in order to get a steady daily income from them.. What I suggest, you should, maybe lower it once you're close to payout and if you really want your payout. And see whether it's worth it to get payment often but in a lesser amount, or a large payment every few months. Good luck with this.. and Have a great day!

Yes if you want to get a payout you have to lower the level.Its not easy to reach that payout level without few good referrals.Its just a matter of time before you get active referrals here once people see you reach a payout,it gets easier to convince people.Happy myLotting.

Well, I still haven't received any payment but ?I made it of $10 for the first time, so I will be happy gaining my first $10. However if I will get sucess I will higher it up so I will sure get more work to do :)

i would rlly depends on you! if you need money so bad than you should lower her payout limit, but, other then that just stay at $50.00 payout and keep up what your doing.
