Rising sun in the sea is something which gives me immense pleasure. It is treat to watch a round red ball coming out of the sea and the water turns red and slowly the colour of the sun changes and the water becomes golden, as a gold sheet is lying on the surface of the sea, it looks ultimate to me. I wish I could see it everyday, but unfortunately sea is very far off from my place.

For me it's always water, whether a rushing stream in the countryside, or a tranqil pool, or the never-ending relentless surge of the waves against a beach. There is eternity in the action of the water, something we can hardly control and barely observe.

When I feel stressed on my work, I surf the net look for images of hills with full of flowers. Not only that I feel relaxed and calmed but I also feel fulfillment with it.

I love ocean scenes. I find they are most relaxing. Also scenes of tropical rain forests help me forget any problems.

My favorite calming image is me sitting on a quiet beach as the tide comes in. I look far away into the sea and I am calm. I see the whitecaps and hear the waves as they break toward the shore. The shorebirds are running up and down the beach as the other birds fly overhead in the cloudless blue sky. I can smell the salt air and feel the beads of sand as they move with the tide between my toes.

Images of space calm me quite a bit. I've always enjoyed looking out into the night sky and contemplating the vastness of the Universe and trying to figure out all the things we don't know yet.

Yes, looking into night sky is very calming....
It should be the next step to ask the question about things we don't know....the more we know the less we can understand...we can only record 3d world in our brain....

Nature pictures. Pictures of the outdoors and of nature in particular... I love taking them and I love to see the work of others.
This is one of many that I took (there are some others that are actually better that I have yet to upload... on my trip to the high desert of Oregon (central).
Hope you like it

it is not about what you have, it is about my feeling about the river...river always look lonely, ocean attracts many people, river view is always without people...

Some favourites of mine:
Floating in a little tin boat on a tranquil lake. I have a comfy soft bed to recline on, I'm anchored to a small pier and the place is very peaceful...just birds and the breeze in the trees and the water lapping at the sides of the gently bobbing boat. If I feel hot I can trail my fingers in the water or hang my feet out over the side.
Another is to be lying on a blanket on a warm breezy day in a field of wild flowers. Peace and tranquility are the order of the day. If it rained lightly in either spot I would not be too worried.

A big huge old country garden, full of big tree's, beautiful plants and herbs, colorful flowers, all kinds of birds, butterflies, a pond or brook/creek, and a little magic hidden away.
Of course there's the little cottage I've always wanted too tucked away right in the middle surrounded by all this beauty. Mmmmm, I want to go there now.
