I shouldn't even answer this discussion because I don't work out. A few months ago I tried working out everyday to this workout video my mom had. It helped a lot but then I got busy with working all the time and getting ready to move out of my parents house. I don't have the video with me where I live now or any weights. My apartment complex doesn't have a gym either and I don't want to pay for a gym membership. There's 2 gyms on campus where I go to school, but I'd have to drive and find parking then walk really far and it's really cold now so I'd probably get sick after the work out because I'd be sweaty.
I think I'm just making up excuses as to why I don't want to work out. hahaha, but one of my new years resolutions is to start working out again. Who wants to buy me work out dvds or a gym membership? :)

I bought one of those torture racks that you can do push ups, pull ups, chin ups, bar dips and leg raises on. It doesn't take up much room about 2feet by 3feet and about 6 feet talk. It takes very little time to do a circuit type workout on it, usually about 10 min when you start and after awhile it will take longer as you get stronger. I like it better than a gym, waiting in line and then getting distracted by others working out.

I workout everyother day doing a circuit training at home. It consists of pull-ups, chin-ups, push ups, bar dips, behind the head pull ups, and leg lifts. In between I either walk on a tred mill, ride a bicycle, or an elicpical. It usually takes no more than an hour a day, I take the 6th and 7th day off.
I have found that my diet has more to do with my weight than exercing does, which is kinda funny.

before i used to do pilates but i stopped when i got pregnant and have miscarriage. i never work out again since my Obgyne told me that in my situation right now it would be hard for me to get pregnant again so i stopped working out completely. i only do light exercise just to be safe.

believe it or not im doing my workout once a month its just because my schedule is very hectic. for me i believe, even if you do it sometimes as long as you always beware of foods that can affect your health or dnt do things that can harm you, what i mean is a self-discipline then you've got a perfect one. i can prove it to my self.
