How many new friends are there waiting to be approved by you in your profile

Right now sadly I do not have any friends waitng for my approval.Usually if I liek the response or a discussion stared by a person ,I invite him or her as my friend.Age ,nationality,gender,etc are not at all considered by me.But if I have any pending friend request,I just take a glance at the profile and then add as friend.Usually I am not keen to add too many people as friends at a stretch.I prefer to get to know the persons I have added through interaction and try to establish a rapport with them..But sadly most people whom I add as friend just remain dormant...They neither start new discussions or respond to mine.....And very few remain active all the time....

None at the moment. I have been checking more often to be sure I get them approved. I don't have a criteria. When I get a friend request I approve them. I figure all the friends I can get are a good thing. I just have always done it this way. The more the merrier!

There are 11 pending still. I usually go by their profile, how active they are and what discussions they have started. This pretty much gives a fair impression of the person. I accept the users who have decent approach. Sometimes it gets difficult, for they are newbies and I wait in those cases. I hardly deny any newbie here.

In the morning, two requests were pending, out of which, I accepted one, the other one is under consideration. Normally, when I receive a request for 'add', I just check the profile of the member. I mainly see the profile of the member to check, what kind of discussions he/she starts or responds, irrespective of his/her place of origin. It is true that most of the members, whom you add, do not appear to respond to your discussions and it so happens you also do not respond to their discussions. When such kind of interaction does not take place, there is no fun in continuing with the fellow, I just review my list of friends, periodically and those I find are 'inactive' for quite a long time (say atleast six months) I normally 'delete' their names from my list. I feel that short list of 'active' friends is more useful than a long list of 'inactive friends'.

I approve every request that I get without looking at the profile. And I check on the pending friend request everyday. It is just once that I have regretted for accepting a friend here on mylot. But luckily the guy disappeared soon.

lol...none at the moment..I had two yesterday, though. Earlier, I would check the profile and the discussions they have started and the discussions they have responded to ...before I added them. I needed to know if they were like minded or were they just trying to get someone for their spams. But now I don't really bother. I add everyone who requests and will just remove them if they are a bother to me.

None. I get one or two friend requests once in a couple of months and I take a cursory glance at their profile and accept or reject them(which is rare) within a few days. I don't really have a criteria for approval. I approve most of them but sometimes if I find something I do not reallylike or accept in their profile, I reject them. If I feel the person is trying to make more friends to promote money making sites, I don't accept them either.

Dear Bala, I never keep anybody in waiting.As soon as I see a friends request, I immediately accept it........I cannot hurt anybody by denying or by keep them in waiting list....Besides till today, I did not fall into any trouble due to this kindness of mine...Nice to see you after long time.....

Hi well to be honest they are 3 normally i accept friends request, but now i wait. these are friends with zero or 1 post and since one week there is no change so i wonder whats fun to have them as friend sas they are not going to participate Take care

None at all are sitting waiting for approval in my profile. I always check anyone out the moment I notice them there. If someone is kind enough to ask to be my friend, the least I can do is acknowledge them quickly. I take a quick look at a prospective friend's profile and recent discussions and responses, and will normally approve them unless there is anything there that's untoward. Normally I'd only be concerned if someone was starting discussions along the 'which do you prefer...' lines, or if they are obviously trying to promote something via myLot.

I approve everyone and only delete them if they spam me or have posts that are obviously made solely for the object of making money and not thought-provoking, like yours. I have no one waiting as I approve them right away.

I don't have any new new friends to approve or deny just right now. I approve all mylot members who want to be my friends. And I send friend request to those whose discussions are of my interests for sharing together different topics and matters.

I am embarassed to say I have quite a few friends requests in pending. I usually look at their profile and wait a bit to see what kind of questions they ask or what kinds of responses they give. I don't like rude or extreme comments. I also don't approve friends who give their age as 7 years old or 90 years old and then post about their children, girl friends or boyfriends. I don't approve people who say they are male and then post as female or the other way around. Why do you ask? I know this is the internet and people can be whoever they want to be but in a discussion forum like Mylot a certain trust in people adds to the enjoyment of participating in discussions. So if someone misleads me right from the start I am not really interested. I am happy to say I have very good friends on my list and believe what they tell me.

Balaji, I don't have any friend's request pending. After signing in mylot first thing I am doing to clear my requests then only I do any other works here. I add them after checking their profile. I never denied any request till now. I think friend's support is very necessary in mylot and so far I don't get any requests from those who are idle. It is my pleasure to support everybody in Mylot and is doing what I can.

None right now, I did have about 4 people who wanted to hang with me and my wild conversations. I usually have about 1 a day after I start a new conversation or revive some old discussions. I look over their discussions to see what they want to talk about or I look at their interests.

I approve all who want my friendship.

There are no friends for me to add because i hardely get a friend request because i think people will not find my profile intresting i will try to make my profile intresting and see weather people add me or not

I use to approve all friends daily...so there will not be any pending in my list...it will be always empty...i don't let my friends waiting in pending as they accept me as friend i use to accept them...:)
