Well it has become a habit of mine to give out comments to those who responded and i am sure it is your habit too...yeah we all know it is a compliment and one way of saying thank you for paying a visit and sharing your opinion or better yet it is one way to stir a very good conversation..but what if everybody got their comments and your response was skipped?will you feel bad and saddy or you will be just fine and ok and get on with your life?hehehe what the heck if that happens to me i feel sad but then again it will be just fine and i move on to other topics.
Right?

sad huh? lol why feel sad. I mean you can tell me every respond needs to be commented on? of course if there is time, yeah it can be but come on is like a thousand and one responses out there. You should be ok if you participated. Nothing really is more important than that. Just let you voice be heard and that's cool. perhaps you would want to magically capture ur audience to comment on them then if you want comment s so bad. hahaha. But seriously, commenting on every response is impossible. Just do ur part by letting ur voice be heard.

Well, as for me I wouldn't really mind if my response is not commented. There are just so many discussions and responses going on in mylot everyday and sometimes I do understand that the person may not read all the comments or my not have the luxury of time to response to each and every comment. So, i guess it's okay for me if my response is not commented.

There is no response for two discussions I started. I felt that the subject matter has not drawn the attention of viewers to response. There is nothing wrong in it. I don't feel sad. Likewise if my comments are not responded, I have no regrets. Myloters have option to pick up of their own. Then why should I feel sad?

There is no need of feeling sad when our response is not commented. In my case,I'll take it in a positive way.Like I'll try to improve my response.I'll try being more good and precise in responding to the discussions in the future.Different people have different ways of thinking. Some times your response will be liked by many and only on dislikes it.You need not change your attitude for that one person.I live the way I like. Not in the way which other people like.
Happy mylotting!!!
Keep smiling!!!

yeah its good to think that way always but sometimes even the topic starter is having a hard time trying to find words for giving comments and sometimes a mere thank you is just enough right?

i have been lucky with responses to my topics up to now but i do have a zero on the board...
only one of my topics has failed to get a response so far
i am ok with that as it was not really a discussion
more of a call for help from other mylotters so i didnt really expect to get many responses but i would have liked at least one member to post a comment

I will not really feel bad, but I will rather think that maybe I didnt communicate well or did not direct the topic through the right interest.

That is just right in my mind now cos I am going back to my previous months discussions to give away the final touch in BP. To my surprise I have few responses that were not replied and has totally forgotten to reply them. I really feel guilty and wish that the person who has put an effort in responding to my posts will not be dishearten to come back to my posts again. I don't realize that I have overlooked some responses but now it has become part of a history (5 months and above posts) I am at a crossroad as to whether to reply or just rate them. But I think it is not intentional and should be given an excuse cos' of an oversight. Sorry to all those who have responded but did not get a reply from me.

hmm..nice discussion..
i think there is nothing to feel sad about..it all depends on individual who comments and those who responds to comments..it is always nive to respond back to comments...we have to share our thoughts here and so commenting is the most important..
thanks
happy mylotting

i dont think i should always respond to comments i get. but if the comment is something i really like or something i dont agree with at all then i comment to make my opinion count. after all your opinion is what they want.
happy mylotting!!!!

I wont feel bad. There was a time when I posted a topic and I got several responses, I tried to comment on the ones that came that day. It turned out that the next few days after that, there were some who commented on the discussion and I wasn't able to thank them. Just the same it wasn't my intention not to thank them. It's just that sometimes you forget to check the topics you have posted and you dont get to respond to the recent comments.

I dont feel sad really.....just try harder next time.
But, I do like to find at least 3 discussions a day that have no responses and give them a response. It helps them and it helps me and it also benefits the whole site.
If we all just took sometime to respond to just 1 discussion that has no responses, then i think we will see a big improvement in earnings.

i won't be sad but i will be wondering why... but after that, i will just forget it and leave it as it is... we can't force people to give comment to our responses... so if i don't receive one, it's ok with me... i try to think more positively nowadays rather than negatively as it makes my life happier... take care and have a nice day...

Well, that actually happened to me in the past... i responded to a discussion... and the one who started it commented of all or the responses... except mine... and that was very sad... that was when i decided to make it a point to comment to all the responses to the discussions i made... since i don't want anybody to feel left out...

Of course it is a nice feeling if my response has been commented, however had I found out that all the others have been commented and I was the only one skipped then I would perhaps give the Poster the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she or he just overlooked the fact that she has skipped me. I would think that this is unintentional and I need not feel offended. I said this because that happened to me. I thought I have already commented back to all but after so many weeks as I went back to one of my well-rsponded posts, I found out there were 2 respondents that I unintentionally have skipped so what I did? As I believe it is better late than never...I commented back even if late.
However, if and when my post was really skipped intentionally... then that is his/or her loss not mine! So I don't really mind!

I wouldn't be offended if you didn't respond to my response. I don't always respond to all the responses that I get on my discussions. It would be ridiculous to respond to them all especially since I wouldn't be getting paid for it. Sometimes I just don't have anything to say so there is no point in commenting.
