in one word...describe 2008 for you...

i would have to say depressing. it has been so hard. we have lost alot. we have been hungery, sick, scared, so much this year. there is suppose to be all this help you can get if you are in trouble and i cant find any. i have been sick and cant go to a doctor. we have been down to a few packs of ramon noodles and kids needed to eat so i went without. i have and still am scared i am losing my home, water, eletric, etc. i work so finding help is hard. i have a job but with the cost going up and my hours being cut it doesnt balace out well.

My word would be: Disappointing. The year has not been good. I have had better years in the past. I am hoping 2009 will be a better year.

Mine in the beginning of 2008 was very bad won't get into detail to personal.It was until about 1/2 way through the year it got better and now that we are at the end it's like I had a new fresh clean slate handed to me to start all over. I want 2009 to be good and looking positively at it now hopeing that's how it will pan out.

2008 is a mixture of tragic and happy stages of my life. (sorry it's more than one word)

i can say i am glad that 2008 is getting over.there was lot of dissapointments and health problems.i am looking forward for a new year and a new chaptor which will be added to my life.

I had a fantastic, splendiferous, wonderful year, and it would be hard to imagine having a better one in 2009, but one always hopes for the best ;-)

This year I have lots of trials. But I have just consider it as a challenge. As what you have said, everything happens for a reason. I know God will always be there for us. Every trials and problems that we encounter in our life, there is always a solution. I just hope for a better year this coming 2009. Have a great day and God speed!

My word would be "wet". We have not had so much rain in the UK since records began. We are travelling in our motorhome this year and we kept trying to move out of the rain but it caught up with us sometimes. Apart from the rain we have had a good year because we are doing what we always wanted to do. Hope you have a better year next year shiloh.
