Recliner For Christmas (what do you think)?

I do not have a favorite chair. As we only have two chairs in my house. A computer chair and a folding camping chair. No couch or anything either....But if I had a favorite chair...It would be a rocking recliner.

Hi Chevee, I sit on my sette and work on my computer so I can say my settee is my favourite chair, I only had it a few months when my hubby's friend decided to get a new one for his wife and give us his, its nearly brand new and he only had it 4 months, but his wife wanted another one. I think he is mad but it was our good fortune lol. Tamara

I have an old wicker rocker that is my favorite, and to get comfortable in it, I put a blanket in it and then I can wrap the blanket around my legs and feet.. This also makes a perfect sitting spot for my dog and that is where she goes as soon as she sees me getting my perfect spot ready.. By all means, I would get the recliner for my dad.. I lost my dad when I was 16 yrs old and I have wished many times that he could have lived long enough for me to be able to get old enough to work, have estra money and buy him all of the good things that he never had the chance to buy for himself while raising 10 kids.. Don't miss out on the opportunity to get this for your dad, you don't want to regret it later, and I can imagine how happy it will make him to get it.. I am sure it will be his favorite chair soon after he gets it.. Merry Christmas

yes, i do. i have a old recliner my son gave me but i really need a new one. maube after i recuperae from christmas & having to buy a computer right here at christmas time i can think about a new chair.

My favorite chair is a big soft leather club chair with ottoman. I spend a good part of my time in that chair watching TV. There are times however where my back bothers me and I have trouble getting comfy in it. I think I'll soon be looking for a wing back chair with more back support.

I don't have a favorite chair, I like the right side of the sofa. It reclines and I like having an arm rest for my right arm and the end table at my right side.

I think a nice comfy recliner is a great gift for your dad. Once he breaks it in he will love it even more and not let anyone sit in it. LOL This is a great gift idea.

My mother bought new furniture a couple months ago and for the first time she bought a reclining loveseat...and I have to say...I will never go back to a regular couch again! They are sooo comfortable and handy for putting you feet up in a snap! I think he would greatly appreciate a new recliner...I know I would.

Actually, our recliner in the living room is my favorite, although my husband is usually in it. I hardly ever get a chance to sit in it now unless he's busy working. I used to have a bentwood rocker that I absolutely adored. It's where I would rock my sons when they were babies. I loved that chair! Alas, it finally said enough is enough and collapsed one day (probably from one too many kids jumping into it).

i just have a simple chair,but it also have a lazyback.i like it,it alse comfy;)
