xutaosimon when something make me feel frustrated,i usually share my feeling with one of my best friends or my ferience,sometimes i could listen to the music or watch TV to relax. when we feel frustrated ,the most improtant point is to solve it or to forget it.

have you heard of the Lushan moutain and have visited there? Lushan moutain is one of the scenic spots in Jiangxi province of china. i visted it last year.it's really a beautiful place and very valuable for travelling.
