I like to use Burt's Bees chapstick. It is all natural and has a wonderful minty smell. I also think that it does a good job to ward away chapped lips.
If your lips are chapped, the best things to do are to not lick them, because this drys them out even more, try to stay out of cold weather, and apply chapstick often.
Hopefully this can help to make your lips nice and smooth.

Chapping lips is a common problem in winter.
The best way to get rid of it is to brush your lips while brushing your teeth. I don't mean to say you brush it as vigorously as you do to your teeth, just mildly scrub it with the tooth brush and then put a lip balm. Always keep you lips moisturised in winter.
