In my country, the government servants get to retire at the age of 55-years-old. Do you think it is too old or too young? When you plan to retire and what you plan to do after retired?

After the supposed retiring age of 55, I worked 5 more years in pretty good shape. When it really got down to retirement, it did take me some time to be adjusted. My plan is to travel as many places as I can within physical and financial capability. I went out for a month last year travelling in the southeast part of China, which gave me big fun in sightseeing and a good health as well. This recent travel to HK, Macau and Taiwan is also good, where I enjoyed the fresh air and blue sky. I am still interested in learning, so reading, visiting friends and mylotting will help me keep exposed to people and occurings around and elsewhere. While having time for myself, as wife, mother, and grandmother, it is also one of my focuses to keep everybody happy by what I think appropriate and what I am need to offer.

I think 55 years old is about the right time to retire. In my country lots of people retire at 65 years old. I love to travel so if I can retire at 55 I will, if not I will wait until 60 or 65. I plan to spend some time in my home country and go traveling a lot when I retire.

I guess we come from the same country, I will graduate from the university in the next year and start my work. For me, if I have no my own career, maybe I will choose working to 55 years old.
