lovablebee When I can't sleep, usually I have two methods to deal with this problem. One is surfing internet. If I can't sleep, I will get up and open my computer, read some topics on BBS, until I feel very tired, and then go to sleep. The other method is drink beer....

lovablebee I have a bad custom, I go to bed late and get up late too. I like surf internet at night, so when I go to bed, it's almost 2:00 AM, and on 9:00 AM, I get up. It's really not a good custom, but I think it's so difficult for me to change this custom.

lovablebee Oh, your friend is so crazy to the movies. For me, I will watch movies on the weekend. In the weekend, I have a lot of free time, watching movies is a good choice to relex myself. So, the time I spend on movies is about 3-4 hours a week.

lovablebee I don't drink coffe in a certain time. I will drink coffe when I feel sleepy but can't go to sleep. Of course tea is also a good choice. Juice, I just drink when I have the diner, milk, I don't like it and never drink it.
