Do you listen to music while you drive?

It has always been a luxury to me, to be able to listen to music while riding with my dad or anyone in a car. If not much conversation is going, or we just feel like jamming to some tunes then music is the perfect thing to have. Some drivers don't like much noise which is completely understandable if you want to only concentrate on the road. But, others could beg to differ. No doubt if the stereo is full blast then it might be a little more distracting than a lower leveled volume of music. What are your preferences?

Oh I'm sorry that happened to you =/ well before my dad had gotten his recent car he was driving an old truck that had no stereo so we would pretty much just be listening to the squeaking of the truck as it trudged down the street heh.

For myself I mainly do country driving where though you still need to be alert, is less stressful than high traffic city driving. So if I don't have the kids in the car I turn up the music as loud as I can. If the kids are with me then I keep it down enough to be able to talk and stuff. When I venture into bigger cities or unfamiliar places I turn it down to focus on driving.

Ha, I don't do that, I think that's unsafe. But I like listening to music when I read book.

I like listening to music.I feel relaxed and comfortable. And I listen to music whenever I am on the way to my work or returning from my office. I don't prefer loud music while I am driving on my own,it distracts me,which may prove dangerous on the road.

well, i do not own a car.. nevertheless whenever i get to drive a car, i usually prefer talking with the occupants initially.. i think i would rather have a conversation than listen to music. but if i am alone in the car, then i would definitely go for the music..
