Which do prefer in the morning ,talk show or music ?

Honestly, I use to say Music, I hated all of the talk it drove me crazy. If I wanted to talk, I would call somebody. But then I started listening to the Kane show and all that changed. I learn about interesting news stories, I hear practicle jokes and war of the roses, it is very entertaining on my drive in.

Hi ronnyb! Just like you, I prefer to listen to music in the morning. I usually listen to spiritual songs. I want to start my day by praising and thanking the Lord and then move to an upbeat songs which I can dance to or sometimes love songs or rock or whatever suits my mood at that moment. lol.. take care and have a great day! lovelots..faith

I wake up and check the weather and then I turn the t.v. to my Mike and Mike in the morning. It is a sports talk show that is on the radio And on ESPN.

Definitely music! I don't need to be burdened by the weight of the world when I get up. What I need is a shot of energy, and nothing does that better than listening to my favourite music. Or a large cup of coffee. Preferably both. I gave up listening to talk radio a long time ago. I can enjoy listening to intelligent people speaking knowledgeably on a topic, but I find that too many people who call these phone in shows just want to hear themselves speak. Inevitably, somebody will end up saying something blatantly ignorant. When they do, it irritates me enough that my whole mood for the day is off. I'm better off not listening.

I know alot of people say music, but for me... I go for the talk shows. I do this for several reasons, for one thing I drive my son to school and pick hom up everyday, so when I get home from dropping him off I turn on the tv and get my 1 yr old set up--change her into clothes for the day, get her toys out, and either start housework, or go online...for me the talk shows are my timers...not only do I enjoy watching them, but when one is over I know how long it has been..and when the second one hits a certain time then I know it is time to get my daughter ready to head back out... with music I wouldnt pay attention to the time and my poor son would be waiting all day....LOL

I like listening to music in the morning while I am getting ready. It really gets me in the mood and gets my body going in the mornings. When I don't listen to music as I get ready I find myself dragging and having no energy.

My view is that when I rise in the morning I prefer to listen to the radio on a station that broadcasts local news. Once I am on the road I like to listen to music in the car and loud. This energizes me for the day ahead.

When I was in my teens and into my early twenties, I listened to music all morning while getting ready for the day and then on the ride to either school or work. Then, I started getting into talk shows when I started writing in my mid-twenties because I wanted to start the day up to date on current events and trends.

well, i have two little boys, so every morning i get to watch cartoons! lol but if i have a choice when i do get to be up alone for a while, i always put on the t.v. i love morning television, with all the morning shows and such. the radio i don't listen to usually unless i am in the car or at work.

I would like to choose music though I do not listen to radio every morning or some other time since I do not have one. However, that does not matter, I can enjoy myself by listening to music on my computer. Good luck.

I actually thoroughly enjoy radio talk shows so any time I get to hear any is a good thing. Morning talk shows are usually some of the best too. I don't like afternoon and evening talk shows because I'm busy doing stuff.

I like to be entertained by the most crude, rude, radio show I can find on the dial. Give me prank calls and observational humor any day.

Dear friend, Actually I do not time to listen to music much of these days, still if I get I would listen to music during morning. I just listen mostly and will be involved my own work or getting ready to go to office.

I don't really do either, but if I had to choose, it'd be music. Music doesn't give you anything to disagree with like the morning talk shows to.

I just like silence in the morning,no noise at all,just wake up.Some times I like to listen to music and sometimes the tv goes on,but silence is my favourite thing at the moment,don't like to have to think to much.

I really like talk shows, they sort of get you in the mood to start thinking about the day. I find that music makes me a bit overactive, physically and mentally!

I prefer talk radio in the mornings... it gives me a good idea of what the hot topics of the day are - and is generally the only 'news' i follow. Plus, you wouldn't believe how often they make me laugh! There's really some pretty funny stuff said on morning radio shows... and it's always nice getting a good laugh before going into work!

I have to say I like music the most. I have found a talk show that I like to listen to because it's very funny most of the time, it's the only one I can stand. I do prefer music though it's relaxing and it lets you forget for just a moment the nonsense that's going on in the world today.
