explain i have just made 100 post not great but its something.the question is why at that point i suddenly get a yellow star with 8 in it.i have seen these about here and have no idea what they mean.but by my thinking when you get a star it should be a lot lower than an 8.
so can anyone explain what they mean and what is significant about them.

After you 100th post, mylot gives you a rating, a reputation. It basically indicates how through you respond to discussion and how good your discussions are. In addition do you make a best response or just let it float out there, do you give people + when they respond?
Stuff like that is imporatnt to Mylot and your earnings.

Its something to do with the rating on your discussions. I am still confused on it as well. Basically someone likes your discussion they give it a positive rating. Someone doesn't like it they give it a negative. The more positive the better. And the star is your rating. Something like that.
