too many hours to sleep causes increases tht much laziness and other bad habbits. it is sufficient to sleep 6 to 8 hours a day at night. onebody must awake in the early morning and have their warmup. this keep thier fitness level good. if more sleep leads lead to obesity now a days. it leads to many complications now adays like diabetes. what about you friends?

Usually from 2 AM to 9 AM, 9 hours. Ha... I think that's enough for me.

I must say that I don't agree. I think that each person is different. My great grandma slept about four or five hours a day and lived a great life (till she was 92). On the other hand...I tend to need a little more then eight hours to feel fully rested. This doesn't make me lazy. I think there are a lot of reasons for obesity, but over sleeping is probably only the case in a very few situations.
Before I got pregnant I slept about eight hours a night and have been on a normal person schedule for some time. I used to sleep about nine hours and get up around 11 am (not early by anyone's standards). Right now, at about three months pregnant, I get 9-10.5 hours of sleep a night going to bed around 8:30-10 pm and getting up between 6:30-7:30 (when my morning person son wakes me up). Anyway...

hi friends
i sleep for 6-7 hrs a day.when i have to go to college, the sleeping time is less for me.when during the holidays,i sleep for more time and i sometimes feel very lazy, especially in the winter season,i dont like to get out of my bed.but sleeping for long hours makes one lethargic and dull.a sufficient sleep should be required.
bye!!!!!!!!!!
