i started to do 200 crunches every night. I can defiantly feel them working. My abs are so sore. I just joined a gym too. i weight 150 and hope to get down to 120 since im so short. Wish me luck!

Good Luck I recommend you switch your core workouts a bit, your body will eventually get used to 200 crunches every night. Try some new repititive exercises and stability exercises. You should try to incorporate core bridge, and perfect core into your exercises. Other than that, have fun :)

I'm just trying weight watchers. It's only my second week. The first week i lost 3 pounds but this week i don't think i did to good. All the eating you know.
