Another year has gone, was it a fruitful year?

A year has passed by and many things have changed in and around us. Lets focus on our personal life, and see what we have achieved and what life has given us. For me it was not a good year from the starting itself as i lost one of my close friend and not only that my career path also did not make any progress. In short life was cruel to me and till this date it is, but i am hoping things will turn back to normal by the starting of january.
So what i want to ask you all is do have a good year and what is your plan for the coming new year?

I do hope 2009 would bring you more positive things then 2008 did. I had a wonderful year. My son finaly had his operation and he is doing great. He did great at school and he is a happy boy now. We went on a long overseas holiday to visit relatives back home. While there I got pregnant with our second child after almost 5 years of trying. Financialy we are doing great and are able to affort a bit of luxury. But I know 2009 will be much better with the new baby.

I hope 2009 is much more positive and happier for you. This year I started a pyschology course it was only short term but it gave me a taster of what the course was all about, it was pretty intense but I learnt a lot about myself and others, it's fascinating and it's such a profound subject. I think if you are positive and have goals then it things will take care of themselves. Next year I hope to move and get myself a place of my own, I need my independence, I hate living with others.
