Is there anyone who knows why girls don't make an offer for flirting ?

Why does it have to be me who has to offer friendship to a girl? Do girls think as "there will always be a guy to propose to me in any case"? Is this the real nature of things or is there something wrong in this attitude ?

No I don't think that girls don't make offers. they do it with their body language.

It is not always true, sometimes girls also take the initiative to proposer first but this happens very few times and mostly it is the man who needs to take the initiative first

yea, guys are supposed to be the one that takes the initiative, i find it weird for a girl to do so ;P

I am not sure about what other countries, but in my country, if a girl takes the initiative to offer 1st they are consider 'cheap'. I don't like it, because i am a girl and that is like a restriction to my own life. rawr.
