Thanks missy...my honey has about 6 of em. I wouldn't mind to have one if I could just decide what I want and know I'd wanna keep it.

I do not have one on me.I always dislike the indelible marks on me.As time goes by our tastes change. Moreover I don't want the same things keep staring at me till my last days.I like changes so I do not like tattoos on me.

That's the exact thing that keeps me from doing it. I just don't know if there's any one thing I'd want to keep on me forever. Time can definately bring a change in taste. Thank you for responding.

You are not alone. I don't have one, and neither of my sibs have one. Now, I do know a gal, who is studing to be a lawyer who got her whole BACK done! I don't dislike them, but I don't like pain for one thing and another, my faith says it is not a good thing to have done.

I do not have any tattoos either, I think on some people they can look gorgeous, depending on what they have done. Some people just look gross, me personally I just never fancied having one done. I always said that if I did ever consider one then it would have to be something unique, something that was expressive of me and not just a picture picked out of a book or magazine.

I agree. If I got one it would probably have to symbolize something very special.I have seen some beautiful tattoos to that would look terrible on me. Thanks for sharing.

I also don't have a tatoo because one of my friend told me that tatoo makes the skin feel bad and we will have skin irritations from then onwards i don't have any tatoo why to have unnecessary shades on our skin and spoil it so i don't use any tatoo.

Thanks for sharing. Alot of people don't like tattoos. Everyone I know seems to have one except me. I guess it could cause skin irritations.

Some people express they identity with unique tattoo on they body. But i don't want tattoo in part of my body. It's also might risk of yourself like the ink that use for making tattoo, the needle to use, how sterilize it was.

That's true har360. Cultures often require them as rites of passage. There is danger and a great deal of it if there's not adequate sterilization. Thanks for responding.

You are not alone I don't have a tattoo either. I have a tendency to scare easily and was told that I probably should stay away from tattoos and elective surgery and all of that stuff. So I don't have one. I think getting one would be interesting but I wouldn't even be able to make up my mind on what I should get so that is another reason why I don't have a tattoo either.

I have one and I love it. My best friend and I went and got them together. I got a moon and sun kissing representing me and my husband and she got a bear as that is what she calls her now husband. We got them before we all got married. They got married and we got remarried at the same time. It was awesome! I have thought of getting another one but nothing has popped out and said this is the one to me! So I am waiting and we will see if I get another one or not.

They say once you get one you love, you'll want to get more.See..if I get one it would have to have a deep meaning or importance. Otherwise I'm sure I would be unhappy later. I'm glad you relly like yours.

I don't have one either, for about the same reason as you. I'm scared that after I get it, I won't like it in a couple of years. I like to change things every once in a while and that would be something that I could never change (without paying for it at least). I think I'm happier without one.

I know I would change my mind if I got something. I'm scared to get one too. I think my mom had one on her thigh that was small but she covered it with makeup and said it was a birthmark.

I have a small one on my hip. It is a chinese symbol. I got it because i wanted to see if I could do it. I used to be scared of needles. My advice: get one that you know you will want forever. Take your time... there isn't any hurry!. If you think you would like one, get a small one in a place that can be hidden like a small heart on your hip or back.

One of my best friends had her son's name in chinese written down the center of her neck. Her hair hides it unless it's put up. It looks kinda neat. I would definately want it in a place I could hide it. Small too. Thanks for responding.

i don't have a tatoo but maybe i might get one on my ankle!Maybe just a small star will do. Its really your own choice, think about it. Like when you get old, and if your tatoos a really large one, it may be distorted if your skin starts to wrinkle and stuff. and would you really want to live with that tatoo for the rest of your life.yup.thats my 2cents.:D

Yes I have two small tattoos, one on my right anle that is a rose and two vines and shhoting stars on my left foot, which that one really hurt. They're both small and I always wanted one and finally did a couple of years ago. I like them but thats all I wanted so I'm done.I did make the mistake of letting my daughter, who is 16,talk me into lettting her get one of dolphins around her bellybutton, now she wants it removed but that is rather expensive.

I have one. My fiance has five. But honestly you're not the only one who doesn't have any. I have several friends who don't have any tattoos. There's nothing wrong with not like tattoos or not having any or both. It's a personal choice to have one or not, or to like them or dislike them.
