Ours will be a quiet night on New Years eve. It will just be hubby and I here at home watching a movie. We will probably watch the ball drop on tv at midnight, then watch a few local fireworks from our porch, then it will be off to bed. For New Years day, a friend may come over, but it will still be a very laid back day for us. No parties or fancy meals to prepare here.

Sounds romantic :) I love just cuddling and watching a movie with my bf. That is probably what we will be doing this year as well.

Nothing wrong with having a nice quiet new years. I enjoy it too, but there are some years I just like to go out and have fun and enjoy all the crazy things people do.
Thanks for sharing!

My husband is sick with severe sinusitus and upper respitory infection so we will be staying home tommorow night. I will have to fix the kids a nice supper somthing they will like maybe I will let them choose. The kids were going to stay with grandma and my husband and I were going to go out for dinner but since he come down sick the plans have changed.

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas! For New Years, we usually attend the First Night activities in Oklahoma City. There's usually street performers, concerts and of course the event is topped off by raising the New Year Ball and fireworks. What will you be doing? Whatever it is, I hope you have a great time!
