Is bux.to really pays?

I'm using bux.to from nearly 4 months.I requested $20,which is more than minimum payout condition for Alertpay payment holders,I've not recieved payment even after 95 days,but according to rule I should get payment, after 60 days of payment request,but I watching my payment request is in holding state,not completed even after 95days.Is this site really trusted?Give your opinion about that.Thank you...
