In this movie of BRUCE ALMIGHTY Jim Carrey gets the opportunity to become GOD. To replace God.
God is presented as just another type of job that one has to do, and how big responsibility it is to choose: which prayers to accept and fulfill, and which ones to ignore.
# Would You like to play God?
# What would You do?
# What would be Your main responsibilities as a God?
# Would You help the poor to become rich?
# Would You heal poor and sick people so they become wealthy and strong again?
# Would You eliminate all the sufferings we have in our society and culture?
I think that sufferings, diseases, richness and poorness exists here for a reason. If we cure everyone and eliminate sufferings, we would no longer feel the differencies between what is good and what is bad, what miserable - and what is welcomed.

I would not want to play God. I think you would need the knowledge of God to play God and do what is best. Without all the wisdom and knowledge, it would not be good. Just like in the movie, God shows him how hard it is to be God and how much is involved. I would rather pray and trust God to be God.@liisafiat (659)

But if God teaches You all what You should know about his job? Would You agree to attend his lectures and later to accept the job of God?

with a great power come a great responsibility, i just can bear how god run the universe.if i descent god's power i might be not myself anymore.Then perhaps my sense of fun will change also.If that happen, then what is the point of being a god?I prefer normal human life with GODLY income hehehehehehehe......

yues i would love to play god but just for a day :) i think i cannot manage myself how will i manage the whole wide world.. i think god is doing great to help everyone and i think i would like to help god and not play as god.

Yeah i think you are right at the last part.Life without sorrows and mistakes is no fun,it is complete when it has it all.It is better to lead the life that we already have than to go ahead and think of more.Being God is good,being human is better.For all mylot fans!!!

hey why not. i think it would be cool to be good for like one day. i would know everything and be able to have a lot of power to punish the bad people in this world. its one of those things that i would love to do just for one day just to have some fun, but doing it longer then that i think that it would get to me. the cool thing about it would to really know the meaning of life and what our purpose here is. this is something that i would share with the world if it was some thing good, but if it wasn't i think that would let people think what they want to think about it.

I don't think that I could do the responsibility. I don't even care about other people than myself. And God's responsibility is too enormous for me, a human. I'm just human, flawed in a lot of ways you could imagine. That's why He is the one up there, because He's the best person for the job.

nope. personally that's to much power at the palm of my hand. i don't think that i could handle it. it i could share the power with other then i would play god. personally i don't think that anyone could handle such power like that. playing god comes with to much responsibility for most people to handle. i wouldn't even know where i would start or what i would do.
