Just Joined Ciao: Opinions?

What are your opinions on Ciao? I just joined and only wrote one review so far. Is it worth it?

I'm a member of Ciao UK (which does not have the pay-per-review scheme) and yes it is worth it. My last review made me £6 (~$8.70). The same review made £3 on dooyoo and 10 cent on epinons.
But all review sites are only worth the amount of time you put in. If you rate at lot of people a review site will do you well. If you just post reviews you can only expect to make a few pence per review and have no hope of getting any of the premium fund.
