well i have windows vista and i can't view videos on you tube and other websites the problem is that it says that i need adobe flash player but then when i instal it nothing happens so does anyone have any advice?

unzip - Vista doesn't come with an unzip feature to install programs!
You need a program that handles archive files, which are files that are packaged in little 'zippers'. You can get a program that handles these little 'zippers' for Vista for free at 'freeware files * http://freewarefiles.com/ * and entering the word "unzip" in the search window. It's annoying that Vista either doesn't have it or wants you to pay for everything.

I have Vista and my husband watches YouTube videos all of the time. I am not sure what the issue might be.

yeah my husband also dont like vista!it drives him nuts!
