Steak

Speaking of steak, I usually eat steak with my friends at Grill 99 every weekends. They offer steak there for only $2 and that's cheap, right? The steak there is delicious and it is served with vegetables. Because steaks at other restaurants is expensive.

I don't know why but a lot of steaks that people say are low grade I like more!And that's good because it costs less! =)

The price usually reflects what cut of meat they are using more than anything else. A chuck steak, which comes off the shoulder, is a lot cheaper (more available, less desirable) than a Tenderloin (only one per animal).

So its quantity is high. But, the demand of it is low.

wow, that is really cheap in comparison of other restaurants. I ate steak at "Outback", and "Olive Garden", they costs me more than $15.00. That is outrageous. Thanks for your tips.
