jdcombs Beef is a lot heavier of a taste and flavor than chicken. A nice cut steak, medium rare on the grill is one of my absolute favorite things. Sprinkle a little black pepper on there and call it done. Tender, buttery, juicey, little bit smokey. Yeah.

jdcombs flatten it out with a mallet stuff it (with secret ingredients) roll it coat it with breadcrumbs wrap it in foil (to keep it moist) and bake @ 350 for 30minutes Unwrap the foil and let it bake for another 10minutes to brown up a little

The steaks I used to buy for my husband were always tender after cooking. I can not afford that cut anymore for now. I was wondering if anyone know what to do to tenderize a not to tender cut of meat?

jdcombs Another method, if you have the time, is to cook your meat for longer at a lower temperature. Roasting, crockpoting. Grilling and smoking at low low heats. If I'm doing something like beef ribs, i'll let them go at 200degrees for six hours.

jdcombs I like to mix ground beef with Italian sausage. Buffalo mixed with lamb is good too. The buffalo is extremely lean and mild, the lamb adds just enough flavor and fat so that it doesn't completely dry out.

jdcombs The price usually reflects what cut of meat they are using more than anything else. A chuck steak, which comes off the shoulder, is a lot cheaper (more available, less desirable) than a Tenderloin (only one per animal).
