hi my dear friend, i am sharing with you a very easy recipe for making cheesecakes. this is so easy, so tasty, so fast to make that i am sure the moment you'll read, you will plan to make it. you will not even need much as ingredients there. 11/4c graham crumbs 1/4c sugar 1/4c melted butter mix and pat into pan 8oz cream cheese 1c sugar 4 eggs 2tsp vanilla beat with mixer until creamy and pour over the crust. bake until light brown around edges only. cool and top with pie filling . keep refrigerated. done.

I like to mix ground beef with Italian sausage. Buffalo mixed with lamb is good too. The buffalo is extremely lean and mild, the lamb adds just enough flavor and fat so that it doesn't completely dry out.

I don't measure anything when I cook meatloaf, so it's kind of hard to relay the recipe. I use a pound of ground beef and add 1 egg, about 2/3 of a cup of seasoned bread crumbs, some minced garlic and onion, a few splashes of worcestershire sauce, and a little basil and oregano. I put it in a loaf pan and bake it for about 30 minutes and then put some Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce on top (this is the only kind of BBQ sauce I will use anymore...Kraft just doesn't do it for me). Then pop it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or so and serve after letting it sit for a minute. I tried putting a little milk in mine one time like the first person's comment said, but I find it a little weird putting milk in meatloaf.
