How many hours u spend on computer daily?

I spend a lot of time on computers daily. Iam a sf engg and my job is on computers. To be specific its atleast 12 hours daily. I spend most of them for my job and rest for some small earning on the net. I know its verf difficult to spend that amount of time and be healthy. I take lots of rest for my eyes daily. I have short sight already. Share ur thoughts about how much time u spend on computers.

too many!! anywhere from 6-12 hours when i do get on which is almost daily.. everything money making wise for me is computer/internet related and a lot of my hobbies have something to do with computers so i cant get away from it

I work with a computer every day, so I do not spend a whole lot of time on the computer at home. Plus I share a PC with my wife and son so I really don't get to use it that often. I don't run home and get on the computer since I am able to accomplish what I need at work.

i only spend about 2 hours daily in front of the computer because of my full time job... i don't have any more time to spend after that and i am already very tired after work... so i prefer to sleep rather than spending time on the computer... take care and have a nice day...

I spend a lot of time in front of my computer also. About 6 hour while my work and 2-3 hours in the evening when i returh home. I think you must make small breaks. I mean, after 1 hour of work,10 minutes break. It is very good for your eyes.In addition, try to make an hour break and go running or to the gym.This is the best way to protect your health and feel more happy.
