I am quite satisfied with my laptop performance, it is a IBM Lenovo ThinkPad T60. I have been using it for about two years, and it seems to be quite okay. Sometimes, the performance is a bit slow, as the anti-virus program is running, or I have loaded too many applications.
Perhaps you can try to defragment your harddisk, clean up those unnecessary programs and files, and see if it'll make your laptop run faster? ^_^

I think you need a bit of help with the way you write that sentence. It's quite difficult to understand your meaning. Anyway, laptop performance is due to your own choice of laptop. If you want a better one, you just have to fork out more money for it. But if you don't have the money, then you will just have to use the slower or poorer performance laptop. Simple as that.
