Get yourself in a routine, maybe read before bed, listen to mediation tapes

I'm like you, I just lie there in bed for hours before I finally fall asleep. It's called insomnia, welcome to the club brother. Do you ever get that sickness feeling when you barely get any sleep?

Work Hard. Keep the thoughts (particularly ill thoughts) away from mind. Carry out physical exercises or yoga for 30 minutes.Eat well at 7 p.m. and go to bed at 10 p.m. Before going to bed, do meditation (suspending all thoughts and concentrate on your goal). You will be snoring.
