I agree - if they ask for money upfront, be warned since it is probably a scam.
I have heard good things about Pinecone Research. Problem is, you have to find the banner to join!

Here in Italy they pay €uros 5 for every survey by a commercial coupon (brand name companies). Next days I'll write to them about link for joining in italy and worldwide. I do, stayin home and lovin it is not an MLM, and you do make a residual income by referring others to become a customer of a company that provides there customers with healthier natural products. They also provide discounts to online stores, like Linens n things, office depot. and they have EXCELLENT financial services, discounts for preferred members for phone plans, cell phone plans, internet plans, and if you build a business you can get internet access for FREE...YES THAT IS RIGHT. There is an investment, it is normally $29.00 in US, $39.00 in Canada. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself. Go to http://jobsathome72.tripod.com and see for yourself.

Hi, have you ever found what you are looking for to make that extra money you want to make? The only one I am involved in is a home-based business, working with real people. I am in the wellness industry so if you are still looking, I would love to share what I am currently involved in that is not a scam. You can email me to rpelley5@yahoo.com.

Internet money system - all are not scams. There may be some sites for swindling.
Certain sites require extra ordinary skill in use of computer internet. Sites like mylot requires good typing skills. One person can in 4 hours respond to 50 to 75 discussions and post a dozen discussions. Persons who make 20 to 30 responses in a day, feel exhausted and next day they see a 1$ or 2$ in their mylot earnings and feel frustrated. If you are good at typing and have thorough general knowledge (common sense), you can earn something like 5 to 8 dollars a day.
Regarding other sites, if you visit one or two days, you cannot understand how to work efficiently. First understand the trade and then learn the tricks of the trade. You will be card internet smart.

Why do you say 99% of all internet businesses are scams?
There ARE too many scams. The reason for that is TOO many people want something for nothing. The scammers recognize that and use it to their advantage.
Ultimately who is responsible? The scammed or the scammer.
Anything worthwhile takes time and energy.
