i need help

Alot of times its hard to forget someone you have to relise that even if he was with you he might not feel the same way you have to let him go as the saying goes "if you love some one let him go and if he comes back to you its ment to be if he doesnt then its was never ment" you have to let him go and allow your self to love again.

You can't force someone to love you, and neither can you force someone to be with you. If that someone has already found another who he really loves, then you should let him off if you care for him especially since you know he is happy now. I used to be like this and it happened to me before. I ended up giving up on both occasions (different people) and wished them all the best. It happened to some good friends of mine too. It's hard to let go but it is something which needs to be done, and it is best if you let go too since the person's heart does not belong to you anymore. Let go now and not regret later. Life goes on.
