About once a week or so. Usually don't let them go two weeks.

I guess I don't have a set day or anything like that. It's whenever I get a pedicure or notice that it needs to be done and then I do it.

I usually cut mine every two weeks. They seem to grow so fast for me, fingernails and toenails. I don't like them to get long and poke holes in my socks lol.
