To Upgrade... or Not To Upgrade

Hi all,
Just wanted to know how you feel about this... I've always been a pro-active upgrade maniac(and yes it has cost me allot) but this is my hobby and I believe you can have some expenses in it?
Signs to upgrade
- Reduce Game Resolution?
- FPS Dropping down to a 5fps crawl
and the worst possible...
- Sorry your GFX card is not supported...

It's better to upgrade but if you can spend more i suggest you to go for new PC with high amount of RAM and best graphic card.
