Any software to convert image file to word file ?

Is there any good software that can do this? The images are in gif format and I need t o convert those to MS word files.

Sidian Sorry, tbh the last time I worked with OCR's was a while ago... Your best bet is Google "Top Free ware OCR" or "Best Free ware OCR"... and get some opinions there... but hope this helped a bit at least.

Sidian O sorry about that I misunderstood the question... There are OCR applications on the internet, if the image quality is good it should be able to read most of the typed text and convert it. Just Google a free ware OCR program.

Most of todays generation are inclined with CPU and Video card overclocking as well as computer modding. Do you think that modding and overclocking is the new modern art?

Sidian Have you tried opening a MS Word file, then copy and paste the image into the word file. Other option - open the image... press print screen button and go to Microsoft Paint and Paste it... remove all the unwanted bits... copy again and paste into word...
