As adults, we often feel stressed about so many things that we encounter in our lives. Stress from work, school and even at home is common to all of us. So when facing a stressful day, how do you manage to get rid of it? What are some stress relievers that you do?

I think that My Lot is a good place to hang out when I am feeling stressed! I also love listening to relaxing music, some of which I have listed on my profile page! When I am stressed I guess I start thinking negatively! I have some self-help tapes that push me along and keep me on the straight and narrow, I'm not ashamed to admit I have them, they are very helpful. There are a number of different ways that you can beat stress and regular exercise is one of them. I exercise three times per week and this improves my mood enormously! Welcome to My Lot by the way. If it is stress at work, I need a strawberry shake, that usually calms me down nicely. You can't be angry with a good shake in your hand. If it is something other than work, I do crafts!
I crochet, or knit, or cross stitch or sew, there are so many different things I can do.

I go buy something good to eat, i listen to music, or log on somewhere to talk to friends. I may also go buy a book to cheer myself up. I think the best stress reliever is talking to your friends.

I usually try to look at the bright side of things. Look at the things I have and enjoy. I also play with my dogs, speak to my mom, or talk to friends to feel better. Also, if I can not shake off stress, when I get home, I curl up into bed and sleep it off.

There are so many ways on relieving stress. When stress was triggered pop out my head phones and listen to my favorite playlist on my phone, and on its highest volume. I also eat comfort foods, food that i like to relive me from stress.
Watching my grandma work is a stress reliever for me too.
My cats, patting and playing with my cats are so helpful too to stretch out and blow away those stress.
Oh and also the number one anti stress for me and i guess it applies to everybody too, having a nice warm bath.
