Who is yor best friend? And why? I have a best friend but she doesnt live close to me anymore. I have to fly to see her. My other best friend we call each other from time to time. And write to each other a couple times a month. I met her long ago through a magazine when I was in my 20s. And we have never lost contact sense.

I am very furtunate that I still keep in touch with friends I grew up with. I keep in touch one of them lives in Japan tho we speak every so often we keep in touch and when ever he comes to the states he comes to visit.My Other friend just moved to the state but due to the hard economy we have not been able to connect as often as we would like never the less I am glad I have friends that have keept in tuch..

I am glad to hear you and your friends still stay in contact. Japan is very far away at that to. I use to write to people all over the world. I had pen pals almost in every state. I made good friends that way to and learned a lot as well.

My best friend's name is Josh, we have been friends for about 12 years now. I guess we are such good friends because we share similar interedsts, such as alchohol,loud music and females. I would take a bullet for my friend and I think thats what defines a best friend.

That is a very long time to know someone. It is hard on me at times when I cant see my best friend.

Hi strawberrybaby39, I have had alot of best friends over the years, but for the past 20 years my best friend has been my husband. He has seen me at my worst and at my best, he has stood by me through thick and thin, He has been there when no other was. No matter what he has never given up on me. And best of all he loves me for what he can give me not for what he can take away from me. He has nursed me when I have been ill and unable to take care of myself, he has encouraged me when I thought I couldn't go any further, he has been faithful and loyal, he has kept my confidences and he has enhanced my life in so many ways. Even after all these years he considers me first in his life, he surprises me and never ceases to amaze me. None of my past best friends have done all this for me. You sound like you have a very wonderful husband. My husband sounds like him a lot. My mom is one of my best friends as well. She is always there when you need her and can talk to her anytime over anything.

This might sound so corny, but my husband is my best friend. He's my everything and supports me and laughs with me and cries with me. He's the person that I can run to in time of need or just hang out with when I need to just get away. I couldn't imagine my life without him. He's not only a wonderful husband and father, but he's the best friend I have ever had. He's my soulmate. God bless

well my i have many best friends...i really am good at making friends but the one i found is my hubby..hes the one my heart believes is my best friend ..he just understands me ..he is besides me whenever i need him..never ever gets mad at me no wonder in very much immature..and my mom above all ..i never needed any body else becoz of her..and a reason oof jealousy fr all my friends coz i share every thing with her..sinse i was a baby...i love my 2 best friends..and thank god for blessing me wid such blessed angels..
