I don't know about you but It really irritates me when People listen to there I-Pods or Walkman with there Headphones on and then start singing really loud. It's so annoying. That's why we have Headphones so we don't have to listen to other peoples music so why do they think we want to hear them sing. I just want to tell them "Sh*t up"

I would have to agree with you on this one. My kids are the worst at singing when listening to their music. We always tell them that the original singer was the one who sang it and let him/her sing it. It does not have to do with the type of music just that it gets annoying.

Very annoying and most of the bad singers probably think they sound good.

Yep I find that annoying too. It also bugs me when they put in their head phones and listen to their music up really, really loudly. I mean loud enough for you hear the drums, the guitar rifts and everything. That bugs the crap out of me. I don't want to hear them sing, nor do I want to be able to loudly hear their music.

I think the same thing about head phones for cell phones. SO many times I am walking in the store or standing looking at something and i hear someone behind me talking and I turn cause I think they are talking to me! OR I hear them talking and think something has happened and I turn to see what I am into. And then they are just walking and talking...years ago they'd been called idiots or something for "talking to themselves", now it is just upper millenium to be talking to yourself - albeit on a cell phone! Can't stand that! Good grief...just don't get it! Can't anyone do anything without things in their ears these days?

I listen to some pretty loud music ,whether on an Ipod or in my car but there's only one person in my car and if I happen to take a bus, there are people who do things much worse Also, I never sing along in public and rarely do it at home, I'd probably be annoyed if the person was a bad singer

Hello there. So call me insensitive AND annoying, but I'm one of those people you're talking about [back when I had an iPod]. I've gone partially deaf because of it, so the volume's turned up when I have it in my ears. I try to be the least bit sensitive, though--I take the earphones off, try to listen if others can hear what I'm listening to when I'm in public--if I can hear it when I put it a foot away from me, I turn it down. But there can be days that I'm pissed off so I turn them up too loud so I can't hear myself think. It's those days wherein I don't care if people hear it, or not. It's just a bad day. And about people dancing to their iPods in public. Maybe they've just have a good day. Others just plain dance in public, no iPods or whatever. And THAT--is what I call weird.

lol I understand what you are saying. At least you don't do it all the time on purpose and only when you are angry or something. Yeah I've seen people dancing to absolutely nothing. Most of them are drunks. lol

I tend to just find it funny, and a bit endearing really. it's quite cute when people don't think, and just start singing. especially as it's usually quite badly. I'm sure I've done it myself. what does annoy me is people that listen to music on their phones in a train, through the crappy little speaker, rather than just have headphones. and they have it really loud too, because they think they're so wonderful that everyone on the train wants to hear what great taste in music they have. and it's usually bad music

As long as the song isn't offensive, I don't mind. Now if they're yelling the lyrics that's another thing, I guess I'd want them to turn their music down so they won't sing as loud (hopefully:) But I guess it's not really all that bad.

Yes i also met people like that i saw people even dancing forgetting the whole world around them. That is really a disturbing act i think they should feel on their own that is a mistake and they should stop doing such things.

You think you have it bad? You don't know the meaning of bad, in my country there are a lot of stupid people listening to some crap called "manele" and they always listen on the phone but not with headphones people. They want you to hear the crap they are listening to because they think they are "the best of the best, the coolest, the most beautiful, etc" When I hear or see these people I just want to see them die a slowly and painfully.

I know how you feel. When listening to music, especially in public, leave it to yourself. By going behind those earphones you waive your rights to physically exist outside of your little sound box. That annoys me even more, why do people in a really public, social setting need to throw on the ipod? I do it occassionally, but usually when I am depressed and not in the mood to hear from anyone. But thats on a rare occasion, really. Thats just the problem with people now a days, so sedative and uninterested in socializing.

I hate that, too. Or when they talk with it on, also. They do it loudly because they an hardly hear themselves and generally assume that they are talking on a normal level when they are not. I also hate when people wear headphones and then have them turned up loud enough to where we can hear every word anyway, especially if they are listening to something that curses and uses derogatory words every ten seconds or less. I don't mind the words themselves, but other people do and they will make so much commotion over it. And then the person listening to the music finds the need to defend themselves, when the person should really just turn the music down and otherwise shrug the person off to avoid further problems. It is like these people with their headphones turned up loudly -want- to start problems.

Hey missy! Oh we are so much alike! Just yesterday I had to go to a medical office for a physical exam. The office was run by the County where I live. So the people that were there were not exactly the upper echilon of the finest people in town (myself excluded of course)lol! There was this stupid beotch that was singing at the top of her lungs off key of course, in Spanish! Now, don't get me wrong because I have loads of Spanish music and I happen to love it! But, not from this moron and not off key and I was not in the mood to hear her in this crowded disgusting place! I always want to scream shut the F..K up!
