Do you face such situation from ComparedBy US?

I've written a lot of reviews for ComparedBy US in December and rated a lot of the reviews too. My total amount was $80 and I requested payout from them. However, few days later, they decided to remove the earning-per-rating mode and reduced $11 from my total earning. The total earning became $69, but due to the fact that I have already requested payout from them, my account balance became -$11 and the payment in process retains at $80. What happened few days ago was they canceled my request, and sent the money back to my account balance. I tried to email them but they didn't reply me. I have no idea why they did this. In fact, they can actually credit the $69 to me and don't need to send the entire sum back to my account, thus canceling the process. I am sure many other people have experienced this since they canceled the earning-per-rating AFTER a lot of us have requested for payment. Somehow, I do have a bad feeling about this site. What do you think? Do you experience something like this too?
