First sign of getting a cold

Its easy for me to know when i am going to have it. Usually after a strenous work or a few days without a good sleep!!Sneeezing usually preceeds the others symptoms!! Itching palate is awesome!!

An itchy palate is an interesting symptom! :) I usually get grouchy and tired just before catching a cold. I don't have them often, but more often the older I get.

I hate to get cold , thank god this winter i din't catch any cold till now .....yeah ,there will be headache and nose seems to be blocked and lot of discomfort....we usually catch cold immediately from others ....i think it's surely a sign of cold..

For me, the first sign of getting cold is when I have a body ache and headache, then my throat is started to be irritated with slightest cough, that's when I know that I am having a cold. But I never take medicines when I have a cold I just increased my vitamin C intake into 3 times a day and I will drink plenty of water and eat fruits.
