parleg Nothing goes without rice. That is our main food. Lunch, dinner... rice and rice!! still its so tasty..but we are not addicted to it i guess. A wonderful gift, who first discovered ya?

Alcohol, I think in today time most of persons use it. But I think if anybody use it in access then it is harmful to our health. We can take it as a medicine in winter season in a small quantity.

parleg hey.. alcohol is so prone to addiction and create so much of problem in the society, even breaking families,financial crisis, accidents etc. So better avoid the plain one. No problem taking the medicine based.

parleg Right.Antibiotics does not have any role to play in flu.Just have to keep warm and drink lots of fluid.Theres no harm in taking Paracetamol when there's fever or Ibuprofen when associated with body ache.One recovers from it in a weeks time.

parleg Really sorry for what you go through.. its definitely a bad dysmenorrhea.I hope you are taking some medicine for mscle relaxation or body ache. I think Ibuprofen or Drotaverine with some Mefenamic Acid should help you.
