parleg I think you have a point there. Its moreso in the rural areas and among the poor families, where we cannot entirely blame on them as they are ignorant or didn't have the means to.Any suggestion what can be done from the health side??

parleg I think snorin is common every part of the world.but you are also few of those people who hear his own snore hi hi!! i suggest you checked out your throat or your sinus if thats feasible. you can get some help. coz its usually not a good sign of sleeepin.

parleg Agree with what you say.Its so true that when we are young, we work, we spend and we party at the cost of our health, but when we grow old then only we realize we have to pay heavy price to buy our health back!!
