We know about the saying Health is Wealth. But let me ask, how concern are you about your health? Many of us only realize the value of good health only when we fall sick or struck by a disease!!Share some healthy tips too!!

actually that's probably one of the only things i don't worry about. i seem to think i'm still young so i'm good. but that is actually a bad attitude to have. that means nothing and this is the time to start taking care of myself so i don't have future problems.

Agree with what you say.Its so true that when we are young, we work, we spend and we party at the cost of our health, but when we grow old then only we realize we have to pay heavy price to buy our health back!!
